General Information

Residential and Type I procurements are being conducted under the 2010 RFP/FSA rules.  October procurement starts 2010 process all auction participants must qualify for the 2010 RFP/FSA process.

Type II procurements for power flow start in 2009/2010 PJM Delivery Year will be governed by 2009 RFP/FSA rules.  Suppliers will need to qualify for Type II procurement if they did not qualify for an earlier 2009 procurement.
